License Agreement

1. What you get

When you buy a Filmevate product (LUTs, presets, transitions and effects, the Premiere Pro master project and tutorials), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license for one person to use it. All rights not expressly granted remain with Nico Schneeweis.

Products are sold through Polar as merchant of record. This license is the supplier agreement referred to in Polar's buyer terms and applies in addition to them.

2. What you may do

• Use the products in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work, social media content, advertising and films.

• Modify LUTs, presets and effects for your own projects.

• Publish and sell the finished videos and images you create with them.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, share, give away or upload the product files, in original or modified form.

• Include the files, or LUTs or presets derived from them, in your own packs, templates or products.

• Re-upload, record or publish the tutorials or parts of them.

• Share one license within a team. Each person using the products needs their own license; for team licenses, contact support@filmevate.com.

4. Results

The LUTs are designed for Log footage. Results depend on camera, exposure and white balance, so adjustments may be needed for your footage.

5. Termination

If you breach these terms, your license ends automatically and you must delete all product files. Finished projects you published before the breach are not affected.
